Hubert is an architect in Hong Kong with past working experience in London, New York, Boston, Vancouver, Vietnam, and China.
He received a Bachelor degree from the Bartlett School of Architecture in London, England; and a Master degree in Architecture from Carnegie Mellon University in Pittsburg, USA. During his internship, he has worked for distinguished architectural firms: Cedric Price in London; Sert Jackson & Associates in Boston; Edward Durell Stone in New York City and Hemingway Nelson in Vancouver.
He became a Registered Architect, a Certified Professional and a Project Management Professional in British Columbia, Canada, where he was residing and where he started his own architectural practice in 1994. After he returned to Hong Kong in 1996, he became registered as an architect in Hong Kong as well and continued his architecture and interior design practice. His projects have been featured in newspaper and magazines. He received his BEAM Pro qualification in 2012.
In addition, Hubert is active as an educator. He was an instructor at the University of British of Columbia and an Assistant Professor at University of Hong Kong. He also taught at Hong Kong Polytechnic University and Open University of Hong Kong. He is an Assistant Professor at Chu Hai College of Higher Education teaching architectural design.
