The CUHK Master of Architecture Graduation Show 23 features 48 thesis projects of the 23rd graduating class of the CUHK Master of Architecture programme, presenting to the public the leading professional education offered by the CUHK School of Architecture, while envisioning future directions for architectural design.
The CUHK Master of Architecture Graduation Show 23 features 48 thesis projects of the 23rd graduating class of the CUHK Master of Architecture programme, presenting to the public the leading professional education offered by the CUHK School of Architecture, while envisioning future directions for architectural design. Exhibited in the forms of design panels and models, the graduation projects touch upon a wide range of topics, including housing, conservation, traditional construction methods, public infrastructure, sustainable urban design, architectural technologies and computational design.
The theme of the Graduation Show this year is “Archipelago”, which represents students’ individual explorations of different areas and techniques of architecture, while at the same time showing unity as a whole – that all of them are aware of social and environmental issues and committed to social change, as manifested in their architectural projects through intellectual ideas and innovative designs.
Members of the public are welcome to visit the Graduation Show. Admission is free.
