Vivien Mak – Group Director, P&T Group

Vivien began her career at P&T Group upon graduating from CUHK and is now a Group Director. She specializes in the design and execution of medical, healthcare, aged care, community and institutional buildings, and has also been involved in research, retail, commercial, industrial and housing projects. She has led her team to produce a set of elderly-friendly design guidelines and is currently involved in studies on clinic design and application of modular integrated construction in medical facilities besides various institutional projects.


Vivien’s team delivers solutions with a strong focus in promoting wellness through architectural means. A number of projects received Design & Health International Academy Awards, Ageing Asia Eldercare Innovation Awards, Quality Building Awards and Architectural Services Department Annual Awards. She is active as a speaker in local and international conferences and was nominated Co-Director of the Asia Chapter of the International Academy for Design and Health in 2018.


Terence Wong – Project Director, New World Development Co Ltd


After graduating from Master of Architecture in CUHK, Terence’s career began with a nomadic professional practice in different architectural firms. He then switched to the frontline work in construction management after chartered as an Architect. It was during this time that he developed an in-depth understanding of different aspects of the construction industry. After moving to the project management field to solidify his knowledge, he challenged himself in the new place where his decade-long career began. In the next 11 years, Terence has anchored himself in the project management field and currently worked as Project Director in NWD.


Being the project-in-charge for different types of development projects including residential, office, retail, institutional and entertainment from feasibility stage to final project handover, he is responsible for holistic project matters of a series of award-winning projects such as The PAVILIA HILL, THE PAVILIA BAY & FLEUR PAVILIA.


Apart from professional recognition, Terence enjoys being a curator to team up with worldwide creative powers and professionals to develop a better community. Based on his motto, “Always being grateful to every ‘Great Team Great Teamwork’ in Life”, he treasures teamwork to attain extraordinary results.
