Design research project 'ZCB Bamboo Pavilion' by Prof. Kristof Crolla (Principal Investigator) and Prof. Adam Fingrut (Co-Investigator) has been awarded the DFA Design for Asia Awards Silver Award in the category for Environmental Design – Culture, Public and Exhibition Spaces.

Hong Kong Design Centre launched the DFA Awards to underpin the role of designers in society and to celebrate design leadership and exemplary designs and projects with commercial success or impact in Asia, as well as to recognise the rising force of emerging designers in Hong Kong. This year, over 900 projects were submitted from over 20 countries.
