This project investigates the functioning of participatory design of co-living for residents in subdivided units under the constraints of time, skills and space. A system of “small actions” adaptive design is proposed so as to create different combinations of tools and furniture, including tiny bucket (occupying), modified bed (attaching), utility set (stacking and rotating), door (hanging) and an inflated room (inflating). These can be combined flexibly to suit the needs of different residents.
