This talk explores the link between the practice and education of architecture. Two distinct approaches will be introduced: one aligned with traditional methods and the other with Amphibian principles, blurring the boundaries between architecture, research, and teaching.

Moving away from the traditional image of the architect as a solitary figure, the Amphibian architect advocates for a collaborative mindset, promoting collective involvement in shaping our built environment.

This approach seeks to update architectural practice by emphasising the transformative power of design in enhancing human experiences. The investigation is rooted in the dynamic interaction between practice and research, viewing design as a tool for societal evolution.

The lectures and seminars will be conducted in English and open to the public. No prior reservation is required.
